Workout Buddy Juice RecipeYou've probably heard that abs are created in the kitchen.  Here's a juice recipe that can help you as much that personal trainer yelling at you to finish your ab workout.


Ingredients
•    Apple - 1 large (3-1/4" dia)
•    Carrots - 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-/1/2" long)
•    Celery - 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
•    Cucumber - 1/2 cucumber (8-1/4")
•    Spinach - 2 cup
•    Spirulina (dried) - 2 teaspoon
