A Radishing Recipe!
Here's a healthy and tasty recipe using radishes. Although you wouldn't suspect this seemingly bland vegetable to kick, you'll be pleasantly surprised. The benefits of radish juice are as surprising as its flavor. Super Mario, Luigi, Toad and Princess give this recipe two healthy thumbs up and claim it's the 'bee's knees'
- 5 to 6 small to medium radishes without the leaves
- 7 to 8 large apples (Delicious, Fuji or Gala)
- 1 lemon or lime
Run all ingredients through the juicer or leave the lemon / lime for a nice spritz on top.
