Best Juice Recipe for Weight Loss

For those trying to shed a few extra pounds, here's the best juice recipe for weight loss.  It's by the far the tastiest way to lose a couple pounds.
  • 1 small to medium beetroot, discard greens
  • 1 red tomato
  • 4 carrots, discard greens
  • 2 firm yellow pears
  • 2 red apples
  • 3 thick slices pineapple (wash before cutting)
  • 4 brussel sprouts
  • 4 white or purple cauliflower florets
  • 2 arugula leaves
  • 6 Broccoli florets
Yummy, right?! Now supplement with some moderate exercise and rid yourself of those pesky pounds..

    Hi, you advise to throw away green leaves of beetroot, thr juiceman, jay kordich says that the leaves are full of goodness? Please advise, dont want to taking it if its not good for me! Also what veg/fruit has vitamon D, as I am on vit D supplements cause of low reading, l would like to take it from natural sources, if possible. Many thanks Dee M/s
