Cabbage juice recipe for eye healthA jambalaya of veggies and a cornucopia of health benefits, with this mix of ingredients. This juice recipe helps the eyes, skin and immune system. If you are hoping to preventing cataracts, macular degeneration or stroke, down a glass of this. The carrots help sweeten this elixir but it’s not for a faint palate.

 

Ingredients

  • One half (1/2) of a medium head of cabbage
  • One half (1/2) handful of parsley
  • Four (4) medium carrots

    No you juice all of your fruit and vegetables fresh-raw. Make sure to soak your fruits and veggies in purified water with some ACV in it to help with washing off any excess dirt.

    I have aproblem with some raw vegetables and fruit drinks it stays in my stomach and not easily digest.
