What are the benefits of grape juice?

There are an abundant number of reasons why juicing and drinking grapes are beneficial to your health.  Not only are grapes delicious to drink, they are chock full of beneficial nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Among them are vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, K, Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium and Magnesium.  The antioxidants in grapes, specifically one named Resveratrol, have been shown to be a key factor in fighting and preventing all sorts of illnesses, ranging from certain cancers to heart disease, and even Alzheimer’s disease. 

Grape juice does wonders for the health of your heart. Drinking freshly juiced grape juice increases the nitric oxide levels in your body, which in turn aids in preventing blood clots, reducing the odds of a heart attack.
