There are an abundant number of reasons why juicing and drinking grapes are beneficial to your health.  Not only are grapes delicious to drink, they are chock full of beneficial nutrients, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Among them are vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E, K, Potassium, Phosphorus, Calcium and Magnesium.  The antioxidants in grapes, specifically one named Resveratrol, have been shown to be a key factor in fighting and preventing all sorts of illnesses, ranging from certain cancers to heart disease, and even Alzheimer’s disease.

Grape juice does wonders for the health of your heart. Drinking freshly juiced grape juice increases the nitric oxide levels in your body, which in turn aids in preventing blood clots, reducing the odds of a heart attack. The antioxidants in grapes help to keep your blood vessels clean, lower your blood pressure, and cure blood disorders, expelling damaging toxins from your system.

Grapes are known to improve your entire immune system.  By increasing the iron content in the blood, grapes augment the amount of oxygen your blood receives, giving you more energy to spend throughout the day.  Grape juice can assist in weight loss as well as slow down the effects of aging. The high vitamin C content of grapes is great for the skin and can diminish acne. Grapes can also ease migraines and help overcome constipation.  Grapes have also been shown to improve blood sugar balance and insulin regulation as well as detoxify the liver, bladder, and kidneys.

Studies have shown grapes to have a high content of tannin, a component that boosts the body’s capability to fight viruses and tumors.  Grapes have also been proven to assist in preventing conditions such as asthma, gout, and rheumatism.  Drinking grape juice also aids in repairing damaged cells and help to prevent additional damage.

Taking all the benefits of drinking grape juice into account, one could conclude that by simply adding this food as a staple to your diet it will allow you to live a longer and healthier life.
